(Yes, I have Energy Rain and I’m only in Kilika.) I used Energy Rain against Geneaux’s tentacles, effectively killing them both. I powerleveled up to Provoke, and I also got the Overdrive Energy Rain. I stupidly used up ALL my antidotes and my one remedy, and to make matters worse, the upcoming boss, Sinspawn Geneaux, had a Poison based attack. I powerleveled to get Haste, then took on Lord Ochu. Down at Sinspawn Echuilles’ lair, I used Cheer x5 then attacked, with Spiral Cut as my finisher. I used Wakka, Lulu, and Kimahri to reach Sin’s fin, since Tidus can’t. I forgot to save here, so I was worried about Sin and Sinspawn Echuilles. I got the Wisdom Rod and sold it for quick cash from the Cloister of Trials before I left. Killing the Garuda with just Tidus was kinda fun. I didn’t bother powerleveling on the salvage ship. Got Loner overdrive mode for Tidus here will use this one for the rest of the challenge. I’m in Dream Zanarkand right now, and I’ll post my progress periodically. But all I’m looking for at the moment is to defeat Braska’s Final Aeon. If I actually have to get the Caladbolg again, this will be a pain in the ass. I’m going to be doing a Tidus Only Own Sphere Grid challenge for something fun to do.
